This website is operated by Apostles Apparel LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Apostles Apparel. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

A portion of net profits from each sale is donated to Preborn!, a pro-life ministry. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. 

Print-on-Demand Disclaimer: Our products are custom-made and printed on demand. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our product photography and mockups, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's or mobile screen's display of colors (RGB spectrum) will perfectly match the final printed ink (CMYK spectrum) or textile coloration on fabric.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time, including the permanent retirement of legacy or seasonal collections.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Limited Series & Foundational Pieces)
Apostles Apparel operates under a mission-first, made-to-order model across two distinct product categories:
1. Foundations Series: Foundational, everyday essentials (tees, joggers, outerwear) that are generally available for purchase.
2. Halo Series: Premium, curated drops governed by specific scarcity mechanisms, such as serialized garments or timed pre-sale production windows.

Final Sale Policy: Because every garment is custom-created for you at the time of purchase to maximize our operational efficiency and funding impact for Preborn!, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, "change of mind," or variant color preferences. This strict final sale policy applies equally to both Apostles Unlimited and Limited Series items.

The "On Us" Guarantee: We stand firmly behind the quality of our armor. If an item arrives structurally defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Claims must be submitted to hello@apostlesapparel.com within thirty (30) days of delivery with your order number and a clear, well-lit photo of the manufacturing defect. For sizing assurance, we strongly encourage reviewing the specific metric size charts provided on each product page prior to finalizing your checkout, as a return processing fee effectively diminishes the life-saving donation intended for that garment.

SECTION 5B - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Apostles Apparel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the third-party shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not liable for packages stolen after verified carrier delivery confirmation, packages lost by carrier negligence, or shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Bot, Dealer, and Reseller Protection: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or automated purchasing script software ("bots"). We reserve the right to strictly limit purchase quantities per person, per household, or per individual order on any Limited Series or serialized items to protect the integrity of our rollout.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may link to Preborn!, the pro-life ministry we proudly support. We are not responsible for evaluating or examining the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, products, or services.

SECTION 8 - USER COMMENTS, MARKETING, AND TEXT MESSAGING
By entering your phone number at checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive text notifications regarding your order status as well as ongoing promotional marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of text marketing at any time by replying STOP. 

Community Moderation: We reserve the complete right, in our sole discretion, to monitor, edit, or remove any user comments, reviews, or platform feedback that we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise violating Christian principles and foundational biblical values.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITED USES
Intellectual Property Notice: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, vector icons, custom apparel layouts, original typography, garment artwork, photographic flatlays, digital downloads, and structural content is the exclusive intellectual property of Apostles Apparel LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. 

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to promote, upload, or disseminate content contrary to Christian principles and biblical standards, as determined solely by us.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall Apostles Apparel LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Texas.
