At Apostles Apparel, every item you order is custom-made specifically for you. This on-demand approach allows us to minimize waste and maximize our mission impact—specifically our commitment to funding life-affirming ultrasounds for mothers in need.
1. SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Our shipping rates are calculated dynamically to stay as fair and transparent as possible:

Orders $100+: FREE Standard Shipping (calculated before taxes).

Orders Under $100: Tiered Standard Shipping based on cart weight (ranging from $4.49 to $6.90). The exact shipping total will display cleanly at checkout.
2. TOTAL DELIVERY WINDOWS
Because your gear is engineered and printed to order, your total delivery turnaround time spans across production, quality-checking, and carrier transit lanes.
To set clear expectations before you order, please utilize the following total delivery guidelines from the moment your checkout is complete:

Apparel Items: Please allow approximately 14 total days for production and delivery.

Accessories: These items move through our pipeline slightly quicker, typically arriving within 7–10 total days.
Note: If your order contains a mix of apparel and accessories, items may occasionally arrive in separate packages to ensure you get them as fast as possible.
3. CARRIERS & TRACKING
We utilize a trusted fulfillment network to route your order as efficiently as possible.

Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking link the exact moment your package leaves our facilities. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier network to update the initial scan data.

PO Boxes: We happily ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
4. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Our automated system is optimized for speed, which means we are completely unable to alter, reroute, or update an address once an order enters production.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to our fulfillment infrastructure due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the baseline shipping cost required to resend the package.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is securely handed over to a shipping carrier, it enters an independent network. While we are not responsible for carrier transit delays caused by weather or peak regional volume, we are fully committed to supporting our community.

Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local postal branch first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days, please reach out to us at hello@apostlesapparel.com so our team can assist you in tracking it down.
