At Apostles Apparel, we operate on a mission-first, made-to-order model. Every garment and accessory is custom-created specifically for you at the time of purchase. This approach eliminates wasteful overstock and allows us to maximize our impact—specifically our commitment to funding life-affirming ultrasounds for mothers in need.

Our Promise: Defects are always made right. Wrong size? We'll exchange it for a flat $20 — no need to ship anything back. Full details below.

DEFECTS & ERRORS (THE "ON US" GUARANTEE)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right immediately. Faithfulness and quality are at the core of our brand.

  • Process: Email hello@apostlesapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • The Solution: In most cases, we will ask you to donate the misprinted or incorrect item to a local charity or someone in need rather than shipping it back, then send a free replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't the right fit for your situation, we'll make it right with a refund instead.

SIZING & FIT EXCHANGES

We want every piece to fit right. If your size runs off, we'll exchange it for the correct size for a flat $20 — no need to ship the original back.

  • How it works: Email hello@apostlesapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the size you need, and a quick photo of the item. Once the $20 exchange fee is paid, we'll produce and ship your new size.

  • Keep the original: Since every piece is made-to-order, we don't ask for the misfit piece back — keep it, gift it, or donate it to someone who could use it.

  • Why the fee: Every piece is custom-produced specifically for you at the time of order, so a size exchange means a full second production run on our end. The $20 offsets part of that cost — we absorb the rest so getting the right fit doesn't fall entirely on you.

  • One exchange per item, size only. Color, style, and "change of mind" swaps are covered below.

Know Your Fit: We offer a range of premium fits, including our ultra-heavyweight Foundations collection. Because these custom-milled pieces feature distinct structural drapes, review the sizing chart on each product page before ordering. If you're ordering an "Oversized" or "Boxy" fit, these are engineered to be wider and roomier than standard apparel by design — don't size up unless you want an extremely baggy look.

CHANGE OF MIND, COLOR & STYLE

Because every item is custom-produced at the moment you order, we're not able to offer exchanges or refunds for color, style, or "change of mind" — these are final sale. This is what keeps our production genuinely zero-waste and our donations to Preborn fully intact.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that have been laundered, altered, or worn beyond trying them on to check fit.

  • Color, style, or "change of mind" changes (see above).

  • All sales are final across our permanent Foundations series and our limited-run collections, outside of the defect and size-exchange guarantees above.
