At Apostles Apparel, we operate on a mission-first, made-to-order model. Every garment and accessory is custom-created specifically for you at the time of purchase. This approach eliminates wasteful overstock and allows us to maximize our impact—specifically our commitment to funding life-affirming ultrasounds for mothers in need.

Because every dollar from your purchase is put to work saving lives, we handle returns differently than traditional "big-box" retailers.

DEFECTS & ERRORS (THE "ON US" GUARANTEE)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right immediately. Faithfulness and quality are at the core of our brand.

  • Process: Email hello@apostlesapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • The Solution: In most cases, we will ask you to donate the misprinted or incorrect item to a local charity or someone in need rather than shipping it back. We will then ship you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

SIZING, FIT, & SELECTION

To protect the funds we donate to ministry, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color changes, or "change of mind."

  • The Logic: Since every item is crafted specifically for you, we cannot restock or resell returned items. A return for an incorrect size or preference effectively cancels out the life-affirming donation intended for that garment.

  • Know Your Fit: We offer a range of premium fits, including our ultra-heavyweight Foundations collection. Because these custom-milled pieces feature distinct structural drapes, we highly encourage you to review the specific sizing charts provided on each product page before ordering.

  • Note on Heavyweight/Boxy Items: If you are ordering an "Oversized" or "Boxy" fit, these are engineered to be wider and roomier than standard apparel. Do not size up unless you want an extremely baggy look.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • All sales are final across our permanent Foundations series and our limited-run collections.
